The site for this home is set within a conservation area and it was key to work alongside the planners and conservation officer to find a design that enhanced the local context.

Conservation areas do not have to mean ‘in keeping’ and high quality modern designs can often be much more sympathetic than ‘look a likes’ of traditional forms.

The modern form of this house allowed us to keep the roof low therefore maintaining views form the adjacent property to the rear of the site.
