The design for this family home utilises an existing 1950’s house structure. The pitched roof has been removed and a lightweight zinc cladding wraps the old structure providing a modern and dynamic design.

The house enjoys fantastic views over Poole Harbour and the new front facade takes full advantage of these with three storeys of folding sliding glazed doors. The folding doors allow the facade to be fully opened onto the balconies flooding the internal rooms with natural light.

Planning was granted in June 2008.
